MnDOT wants your feedback
As you may already be aware, MnDOT is collaborating with local agencies and the public to create a new road design for Central Avenue between the Mississippi River and I-694. As a part of this project, MnDOT will work closely with Metro Transit on the integration of the METRO F Line, a planned bus rapid transit line that will provide improved transit service on the Route 10 corridor. Construction for this project is scheduled to start as soon as Spring of 2028.
As MnDOT works toward a final design, they are asking for feedback regarding some of the proposed changes.
You can join MnDOT for an in-person public meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 5-7 p.m. at Edison High School (700 22nd Ave. NE). There will be a formal presentation at 5:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
If you can’t make the public meeting, there is a virtual meeting on Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. You can register for the meeting on the project website.
MnDOT also has a survey posted on the project website. The survey will only take a few minutes to fill out and is scheduled to close on Sunday, March 16.
